Safety & Security Film

Safety and security film helps defend what’s most valuable against break-ins, vandalism, accidents, storms, seismic tremors and blasts. It’s engineered for strength, using a heavy-duty polyester film that bonds to glass with strong adhesives. Once installed, this film provides low-profile defense for windows, glass doors, bathroom mirrors, elevator finishes and other vulnerable hard surfaces in commercial properties.

Versatile, Proven Safety and Effectiveness

LLumar® safety and security film is suitable for a broad range of applications: office buildings, schools, public spaces and jewelry or electronic store display windows. Our film products are extensively tested for optimal performance, meeting numerous certifications and test standards worldwide, including:

  • ANSI Z97.1, CPSC 16, CFR 1201 and EN12600 standards for safety glazing
  • General Services Administration (GSA) TS01, ISO 16933, ASTM F1642 and ASTM F2912 standards for blast protection
  • ASTM E1886/E1996 Level C Missile and Windload Cycling requirements for windstorm protection
  • Resistance Against Manual Attack, EN356, level P2A.
